Coherently AI is a deep-tech company building software to manage, orchestrate, and optimize large-scale AI infrastructure. Operating in one of the most competitive and hyped segments of the market, the company needed a pitch deck that could communicate clarity, confidence, and scale — without oversimplifying a highly technical product.

We worked closely with the founder to develop both the structure and the story of the deck, going deep into the technical and commercial logic behind the product. A key narrative element was the origin story: Coherently AI was not an abstract idea, but a product explicitly requested by NVIDIA, with a real opportunity to become a vetted partner within their ecosystem. This insight became a central pillar of the storytelling.

Structuring a Complex Story

The challenge was to explain AI infrastructure management, orchestration layers, APIs, and multi-tenant deployments in a way that investors could quickly grasp — even without a technical background. We rebuilt the deck structure to guide the reader step by step: from problem and market dynamics, through product architecture, partnerships, and revenue logic, to the long-term opportunity.

Complex technical workflows and system architectures were translated into clear, modular diagrams that visually explained how the platform works and where value is created. Design was used as a tool to reduce cognitive load, not add complexity.

Design & Visual Direction

We adjusted and refined the branding to achieve a Fortune 500–level look and feel, while keeping the visuals clearly rooted in AI and enterprise technology. The design system balances precision, restraint, and modernity — helping the deck feel credible for large enterprise buyers, strategic partners, and institutional investors.

Slides were intentionally minimal, with strong hierarchy, controlled color usage, and consistent iconography. This allowed bold statements — such as market size, NVIDIA partnership potential, and the $50M seed ask — to land with confidence rather than hype.

The Outcome

The final deck positions Coherently AI as a serious, infrastructure-grade company with a clear right to win in a rapidly expanding market. It communicates not only the size of the opportunity, but also why this team, this product, and this timing matter. Most importantly, the deck gave the founders confidence. It equipped them with a clear narrative and visual framework to pitch a complex product in a high-stakes fundraising environment.
